About SKS Facial Esthetics
SKS Facial Esthetics was founded by Dr. Smith, who began his career as a periodontist offering advanced periodontal and implant work. Dr. Smith’s greatest sense of accomplishment came from seeing the joy on people’s faces upon seeing the results of his work. This inspired him to find other ways to make people look their absolute best, and SKS Facial Esthetics was a natural extension of that desire. Dr. Smith is joined by two full-time staff members, and each of them are extensively trained and experienced. The whole staff at SKS Facial Esthetics is committed to providing superior care.

Dr. Scott Smith
Dr. Smith is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Biochemistry, a D.D.S. from the University of Maryland and a Certificate in Advanced Periodontics from Bethesda Hospital and the University of Maryland. He has been in full time clinical practice since 1993 and in his current King of Prussia location since 1997. He has lectured nationally on subjects including; Peri-Oral Plastic Surgery, Dental Facial Esthetics, Chronic Inflammatory Disorders and Laser Periodontal Therapy.
Dr. Smith’s additional area of focus is Facial Esthetics and is currently one of the only periodontists in the country to be certified in minimally invasive cosmetic treatment procedures. He has also lectured on Concepts and Techniques in Facial Esthetics. The combination of Periodontics and Facial Esthetics gives Dr. Smith the unique advantage of providing patients with a truly comprehensive smile and facial appearance.
Lindsay Ochotorena
Lindsay graduated from Arcadia University in Glenside, Pennsylvania with a B.A in Biology. Since graduation she has become a Pennsylvania state licensed esthetician with extensive experience in the medical esthetics realm. She is currently furthering her education by pursuing a second degree in nursing. She hopes to combine her current esthetics licensure with a Registered Nurse license to provide the most advanced skin care. Her knowledge of product ingredients and current treatment technologies make her a tremendous asset to the practice. She specializes in preventative aging and pigmentation care, acne management, as well as promoting overall skin health. Ultimately, she enjoys making people feel their very best, while also giving them the tools to maintain long-lasting results.
